Blank slate

This conceptual development explored the transformation of an underutilized area within a large multi-story building in a bustling downtown setting. Designed with a hospitality driven tenant in mind, the study reimagined the space as a vibrant, large scale environment capable of supporting high quality service based use. Multiple design approaches were considered, highlighting the flexibility and potential of the space while aligning with market demands. The result is a compelling vision that elevates the property’s appeal and strengthens its ability to attract a premium tenant.
