In the heart of lakeside downtown Coeur d’Alene, this bank remodel focused on aligning updated brand standards and enhancing the customer experience within an existing historic building, all while working within a carefully managed budget. A strategic allocation of funds prioritized high impact, customer facing areas, allowing these spaces to receive a complete refresh, while back of house areas were updated with simple finish and lighting improvements. The result is a cohesive, on brand environment that supports both the client’s operational needs and overall customer experience, while respecting the character of the existing space.
