Integration + Experience

Work alongside architects, engineers, or contractors as needed for clear communication of the project goals and design intent.

Clear, concise and arcuate plans that communicate how the space will be constructed including plans, elevations, sections, finish specifications, custom design details, integration with life safety and building systems, signage, technology, security, lighting, furniture and specialty equipment.

Detailed specification package including vendor sourcing, location plans, cost estimates and procurement assistance that aligns with the project budget, function, maintenance and schedule needs.

Manage the permitting process as required by project needs with local jurisdiction and in coordination with the project team.

Manage the contractor bidding process, including invitation to bid, pre-bid meetings, bid review and award.

Execution + Delivery

Clear, accurate and consistent coordination with client, contractors and consultants throughout the build process.

Regular onsite meetings to answer questions and review progress, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the final build.

Coordinate delivery and placement of furniture and equipment.

Thoughtfully curated artwork and accessory packages that align with the project goals including location plans, budgeting, sourcing, procurement and installation.
