Cassidy Lange, IIDA, NCIDQ

Owner + Creative Director

Cassidy earned her degree from Washington State University and brings nearly two decades of experience to the field of interior design. Her career spans a wide range of project types, including residential, corporate, education, retail, financial, and hospitality spaces. In 2022, she founded Hatch Interiors, where she continues to craft unique, client-focused designs tailored to each project's vision and needs.

Outside of the office, Cassidy enjoys time with her family, traveling and exploring the outdoor beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

Emily Greif, IIDA, NCIDQ

Designer

After obtaining her degree from Washington State University, Emily began her career in the commercial lighting side of the industry, gaining valuable expertise before transitioning to interior design.

Emily specializes in creating innovative and functional spaces, and has spent nearly the past decade working on multi-family, corporate, and education projects.

When she’s not designing, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family, always drawing inspiration from the places she visits and the people she meets.

Drew Lange

Managing Director

Drew brings two decades of business leadership experience, specializing in market development and building high performing teams. Throughout his career, he has led impactful projects across various industries, with a consistent focus on meaningful outcomes and collaboration.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Gonzaga University, with dual concentrations in Human Resource Management and Marketing.

Outside of work, Drew enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and exploring the outdoors.

Kimberly Lick, Associate IIDA

Designer

Kim holds a degree in Interior Design from Washington State University, complemented by a minor in Museum Exhibition Design and a secondary degree in Fine Art. Her multidisciplinary background brings a thoughtful, well-rounded perspective to her work.

She’s known for her adventurous and spontaneous spirit, adding a spark of energy and curiosity to the team. Outside of the studio, Kim enjoys traveling and seeking out new experience, always chasing inspiration wherever she goes. She approaches every project with creativity, enthusiasm, and a fresh point of view.

Darcy Bourcier, Associate IIDA

Designer

Darcy brings a thoughtful and analytical approach to interior design, combining creativity with a strong appreciation for functional, people centered spaces. With experience supporting large scale architectural projects and a background in city planning, she offers a unique perspective shaped by both design and problem solving. Her passion for creating environments is reflected in her collaborative mindset, attention to detail and approach to design. Outside the studio, Darcy enjoys creating art, exploring music, spending time with her dog and discovering new sources of inspiration.

Sarah Smith, Associate IIDA

Designer

A Colorado native with a passion for purposeful design, Sarah brings a fresh perspective and strong foundational knowledge to our team. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture and Design from Colorado State University, where she developed a keen eye for spatial planning and sustainable design principles.

With a natural attention to detail and a drive to learn, Sarah supports our team across all phases of the design process, ensuring each project runs smoothly and reflects our clients’ unique visions.

Outside the office, you’ll likely find her on a hiking trail, training for her next run, or enjoying a good book.
