After evaluating multiple locations and weighing leasing versus purchasing options, this corporate team chose to invest in a building of their own and fully reimagine the space to support their future growth. The existing multi-tenant layout was transformed into a cohesive, single-tenant environment designed to maximize natural daylight and create a balance between team collaboration and client hosting. Thoughtful space planning allowed the design to fully utilize the existing footprint while updating the space to meet current code requirements. The result is a refreshed, functional workplace that reflects the brand and enhances both the employee and client experience.
